Improper sounding lack of bass.
The sound is not great at all like it use to be earlier. Can this be fixed at authorised service centre.

If you have checked your iDevice's base settings, and they seem normal, there's nothing you can do to service EarPods.
Check a known good pair (borrow someone's) of earbuds or headphones to make sure it is your pair of EarBuds that are the problem, and not the iDevice you are using.

Of course they are still under warranty.
@mayer the description for EarPods says they were introduced in 2012. Do they have a lifetime warranty?
