usb2.0 is completely dead

hi

my port usb2.0 isn't working ihave tried unstaling usb updates and reupdate and

tried format pc got back to win8 again to win10 still nothing can you help with this

note that the usb3 is woking great the problem is only with both usb2 ports

Prove that power is being supplied by the USB 2.0 ports by connecting an optical mouse or a mobile phone and seeing whether they have power i.e. light on mouse or charge indication on mobile phone.

If no power have you checked in BIOS if there are any options to turn the USB ports off?

No theres no power in usb2.0 ports

And there's no option in bios
