Norm Guthrie, The fuel pressure regulator is mounted on the fuel rail of engine, Fuel Injection Electro Hydraulic Actuator Valve is #117 in picture below. There are also other causes for this situation, weak/faulty alternator, corroded/loose/damaged wiring, faulty ignition switch, crank position sensor failing, fuel pump relay, MAF sensor, etc.,etc.. Before changing parts(unless already diagnosed), if you can have the car scanned for trouble codes, as this may help locate the issue. Some of the auto parts suppliers offer free code reading like Pepboys, Nappa, Advanced auto parts, etc and some of the guys are very knowledgeable and may have seen the issue often and put you on the right track. Good luck. I hope this helped you out, if so let me know by pressing the helpful button.
