Cannot use camera. Why does screen say Warning Camera Failed?
Cannot use camera.
This comes up - Warning. Camera Failed.

With that message, either
a) the camera has gone bad
b) the cable connecting the camera to the logic board is loose or detached
c) there is a problem on the logic board where the camera connects.
Did the phone get dropped recently?
The only way to check to see is to open up the phone.
