Clothes sopping wet at the end.

i’ve read the complaints basically you have to manually add a spin cycle to your wash, which defeats the purpose of having an automatic washing machine. It doesn’t automatically go to the spin cycle unless you’re just gonna do rinse and spin but what about washing and spinning? the dumbest concept for a washer ever, the clothes are soaking wet, doesn’t wash the clothes. had it 2 days, had to wash everything 2x! after it stops, turn on spin cycle. Whoever thought of this doesn’t do wash. Cant leave the house come back with wash done! not stand there and tell the washer to spin my clothes! dumb dumb, dumb and this fake blogger that whirlpool put “thank you whirlpool, all I have to do is just turn to a spin cycle” is lame and obvious somebody at Whirlpool, a fake blogger. No one’s thanks you when they have to push buttons to complete a wash or you’ll break a dryer because clothes are heavy and you’ll destroy a floor with dripping clothes! The most idiotic, dumb washer. I never want anything whirlpool ever!

I have the exact same problem as Maria. The wash cycle doesn’t complete; it drains but does not spin so the clothes are still sopping wet. The machine stops running, but the indicator light sticks on “rinse” and never moves to “done.” I’m pretty sure there is nothing physically wrong with the spin components because when I manually start a “drain and spin” cycle afterwards, it drains and spins just fine and my clothes will be thoroughly wrung out in the end. This is NOT how it is supposed to normally function; it used to work fine (without manually having to add a drain and spin cycle at the end) and I only started having this problem a few months ago. Unfortunately I have no idea what the cause is.
