Hello. Your Blu-ray drive needs to be re-aligned. Take the whole Blu-Ray drive out, and take the metal cover off. Take out the three screws holding the plastic top half of the drive, and take off the top half, mindful of the spindle that will fall off.
You should now be staring at the exposed blu-ray lens and a plastic plate with four rubber wheel on it, through which the offending pin is sticking up. This plate is held on by a clip in the middle. Remove the plate, and you will see the gear mechanism of the Blu-ray drive.
The easiest way to re-align the gears is to remove the motor and then spin the gears yourself. There are two screws holding the motor to the Blu-ray drive; remove them. Now, spin the gears until the white pin is in the "down" position. In this position, the sliding arm on the left side of the drive (large black plasic piece that runs the length of the drive) should not be in contact with any of the gears, and the lens and drive motor should also be lowered.
You should notice that the sliding arms on both sides of the drive move together. If they do not, then you need to reattach the metal linkage on the bottom of the blu-ray drive.
Good luck, and let us know how it works out.
