Why does the display have "locked" in it?
how do I fix my microwave when it wont do anything but says locked on the display

Sounds like you have the child lock on. Touch and hold until LOCKED disappears in the display. (approximately 4 seconds)

It keeps locking up & must be reset to get it to unlock temporarily
After turning power off & back on it may or may not work for once or twice before it locks back up

Did you ever get an answer? Ours does this several times daily. Ugh
unplug to reset but everything will be reset
