Is it possible to upgrade wireless card or Dell lock their bios to whitelist WLAN card? If upgrade is possible I will upgrade from my wireless card from N150 to AC1200 card

Yes, the Intel AC card has worked for me in all the dells I've tried. Note that the card has built in bluetooth that may not, but the WiFi should work. You just need to install the driver from downloadcenter.intel.com
