Will American charge assembly work for Eu device?

Question in the title,

In short:

Can i use this: (crwdns2937315:0IF293-000crwdne2937315:0) for my European Nexus 5?

In long:

I recently bought the usb dock on Amazon, and it turned out the microphone (which seems to be on that usb-dock-part) is really bad and makes static noise. Maybe i just messed up the repairing process, but I really think the part was rather cheaply built. Since theres no part on Amazon with a good rating i guess they're all bad. My hopes are Ifixit's Charging assembly has a better quality and might fit even better.

Sadly, the german Ifixit store doesnt sell any N5 spare parts, so I would have to import it. Doubles the prize, therefore I would like to know if the part would actually work for my device before i buy it?

Because of this (http://www.phonearena.com/news/Differenc...) A problem which might occur (at least it sounds logic to me) is decreased LTE connection, But no Problem for me, i never use LTE.
