Black insulation foil damaged
When I removed it, I tore it in several places. Whether it plays some role? Whether it is necessary for operation of the keyboard?

It protects the logic board from spills coming thru the keyboard. Which sounds like exactly what you did. Tape it shut with Kaptan tape. Get a keyboard skin instead.
