Does not want to charge anymore

@franglo , Gloria, A lot of forums feel a factory reset may fix this type of issue, read and follow the steps in the first link below if you would like to try reset, all data not backed up will be lost. If still under warranty, return for repair/replacement/refund.

Reset did not work, either the cable or charge port may be damaged. Look in the charge port and blow/pick out(carefully) any dust/debri that may be causing an issue. Try another different compatible charger/cord to see if that is the issue. If different compatible charger/cord does not fix, it is probably a bad battery or damaged/loose port that will have to be repaired/replaced. If port looks/test good the battery or connection is probably bad, remove battery for 10 min's and reinstall and try device. If port is found to be bad, this is really not a repair for the inexperienced because the charge port for your device is soldered to the mother board and the heat generated could cause further damage if not very careful. I will post a link to a tear down guides(click on the appropriate model, then guide for your need) to get you inside the tablet to check the charge port and remove/replace battery. If not wanting to do the repair yourself have a good computer/cell phone repair shop have a look and estimate repair. Good luck.
