Bluetooth documents from Blackberry to BLU

I'm trying to Bluetooth documents and photos from my Blackberry phone to my new BLU phone. I get a message 'Transfer interrupted'

the Bluetooth on each phone recognize each other and connect but the transfer drops for some reason.

both phones are fully charged
