I have a ZTE Grand™ X Max 2 and when I'm making a phone call or someone calls me I have to have the phone on speaker or they won't be able to hear me. It's really annoying. How can I fix it?!

Alexis Wade , If you have not already tried, go into you settings and toggle back and fourth a few times from speaker and normal. If settings do not change it, you may have to try a factory reset. Link #1 below tells of a few other things you can try before doing a factory reset, reset procedure explained in link #2. Good luck.

It's only when I make calls though and I have photos on my phone that aren't on the SIM card...
Alexis Wade, Transfer your photos to computer or SD card(link below), then try reset.
