Weird Issue on startup

Hi Guys.

OK i have to say i have never seen anything like this before at startup.

It was doing this when it came into me & i did DFU reset which seemed to resolve the issue but after a couple of days (when the client came to collect it typically) it started doing it again.

the first part of the vid is in real time then i used same clip but slowed it right down.

Anyone seen this before or have any idea?

Thank is advance

I haven't seen this before...usually I see the Apple logo bootloop.

That said, it does appear as though the boot process is interrupted pretty early on. There may (and I say may) be a logic board issue that is causing this failure. What I find odd is that you say it worked well for a few days after a DFU.

Is it recognized by iTunes or is it completely shutting down?

If iTunes sees the iPad it may be a LCD/Backlight issue. If not, then it could be another subsection that is pulling things down. If you have access to schematics and a multimeter, I would probe some power rails and visually inspect the logic board.
