Error 1439 can restore iPod shuffle 4th gen

Apple iPod shuffle 4th Gen A1373 EMC 2400

I'm trying to reset my iPod shuffle and I tried it on different PCs but every time I get the error 1439 (unknown error), I updated everything but still nothing, Please help!
