Donny Armstrong , Remove radio at least partially so you can get the serial #, normally on a white tag. Write down the serial # or take a pic., now with your ownership in hand and serial # of radio you can drive to the Honda dealer, provide proof of ownership, give them the numbers, and get your code. You can also contact Honda at links below and hopefully they can email you a code if given all required info.. 1st link shows how to remove radio, 2nd and 3rd link is where you can contact Honda. Hello, I think you should read the guide over at the below website, it will explain how you can get a radio code for your 1996 Honda Accord for free, give it a try. I've used it on both mine and my wifes Hondas and it worked perfectly both times. Beats paying the ridiculous fee at the main honda dealer!
