Blade in the cup is loose

I had the exact same problem with mine as did my neighbor. Its caused from overloading the bullet with tough material. You simply need to warranty the bottom blade or replace it. The Bullet usually comes with a couple different blades. If you use the other blade you probably see different results i would bet. And i would also bet that you smell a rubbering burning smell when you do use the problematic blade right?
