UEFI locked for upgrade prts including display?

I have a SP3 with a cracked screen, it works fine other than no touch feature. I also have a Same model SP3 thats UEFI locked. but the display works, it has a bigger SSD and more Ram. Can i use these parts to upgrade my broken/budget ass one?

The SSD is upgradable as it uses mSATA SSDs that are removable.

The screen however good luck removing it without cracking it. I have gotten someone to remove it without cracking it or damaging it which is impressive.
