Tempremental system UI error

For some reason on my tablet it keeps coming up with system UI error, but will work sometimes being tempremental .

I have tried:

-Clearing Cache

- Clearing Data

-Return to Factory settings

- Pressing the power & volume button together to reset

With no results

Any help would be appreciated as I just want to go back to enjoying my time on my tablet
