Most likely a bad update or problem when updating. I don't know enough about Android software to exactly diagnose but if this only started after you updated then factory resetting or reflashing should fix this.

Don't factory reset on this yet. Try this first.

Go into Settings --> Applications --> All

Find the "Camera" app.

Click "Force Stop", then click "Delete Data".

Once I also had the same problem and I was very irritated of the situation. Finally I have found some ways that helped me a to fix Unfortunately system UI has stopped error on Android. They are:

Method 1: Reboot your device

The very first thing that you should do is to Reboot your device to overcome the error. Nothing hard to do this method, simply switch off your device and again Power it ON when you see the logo on screen. After that immediately release Power key and press and hold Volume down button.

After you see Safe Mode on screen, release the button and check whether the problem is solved or not

Method 2: Reset App Preference

• First, go to Settings > Application Setting/Apps > All > tap on Menu Key (some devices has three dot button)

• Then you will see different option > click on “Reset app preferences”

• Popup will occur where you have to read content and then tap on RESET APPS

• At last, Restart your phone and look whether the error was fixed or not

Method 3: Wipe Cache partition

Even clearing the cache partition can also fix the above error. You might know that these partitions store all files for system files, driver, built in apps etc. So to fix the issue, clearing the cache files is an important step towards fixing the problem.

However, different devices have different ways to put phone in recovery mode. So you should prefer your device’s manual guide to enter Recovery mode and after that follow the below steps to fix “Unfortunately, System UI Has Stopped” error.

When your device is in recovery mode, you will get several options as the below image.

You have to use the Volume down key to select “Wipe cache partition”

When the process is over, tap on ‘Reboot system’ that is first option in recovery mode

With the use of this process, all your unwanted files will be deleted and there are chances that you will lose app related data but the relief is that the error will be fixed

Method 4: Uninstall Google Updates to fix error

Many users have reported that uninstalling Google updates can fix the error. Therefore, you should focus on uninstalling the update when you meet the error. Simply go to Settings > Application manager > select the installed app > find Google app and tap on Uninstall App.

At last, Restart your device to check whether the problem is resolved or not.
