Why is my coffee machine leaking water

My Jura leaks water when it is inserted in the machine but does not leak from the container when I leave it outside the coffee machine

When does the water leakage happen? As soon as you pour water in the tank / insert a tank filled with water or when the coffee machine is actively brewing a coffee?

Hello Mathias, my ENA 5 leaks water from below when it is brewing coffee, either bean or ground... any idea of what the problem can be?

The most common leak issue I've seen is on the plumbed-in kit where the pump's connection loses its seal. If you aren't manually filling your jura, check that pump outside your machine. You may be able to give a fresh cut to the line (keep it straight!) and add plumber's tape to the fitting and fix it right up.

This issue sounds like it involves something like a k-cup/pod?

Check that all reservoirs are empty (the model I work with has multiple) and see if there are needles that poke into the pod wherever that is supposed to go (if so, a paperclip might clear debris).
