Stuck in bios mode after updating to windows 10

So yesterday I was updating my computer and it was downloading windows 10. It got all the way to 100% before it froze for about 2 hers. When I restarted it, it immediately went to Aptio Setup Utility. I have tried everything mentioned. Taking it apart, turning it on and off again, enabling and disabling you name it. Before updating my computer there was literally nothing wrong. Now it seems Im &&^&@@. Has anyone else had this issue when updating?

Go on another working computer and make a Windows 10 install/recovery media by going to this link and following the instructions

https://www.microsoft.com/en-us/software...

Insert the disk into the computer and boot up. In the bios, go to the boot tab and select the usb drive under boot override.

You should be booted into the windows recovery disk. Do not remove the disk. Go to repair my computer and select automatic recovery. If that does not work, then you will need to perform a fresh install.
