Might be that you could flash the phone in Flashmode or fastboot.
They usually have guides on what to do.

If you haven’t unlocked that bootloader, or do something similar, you can just connect your phone to Sony PCC in dead mode, available in restore/repair option, and follow onscreen instructions., also you can force shut down the phone by holding power and volume down key together for certain time.,
