Battery Slow Charging and Draining

I'm not sure what to do but I disconnected and reconnected and was working fine till it happened again now just keeps saying it either get a new charger or unplug one your using wait couple minutes and try to reconnect it again

U need a 1.5 mAh charger wallplug or larger,and a type c fast charging cord . The basic 1.0 is so slow. This phone has a large capacity and requires more power..
