2 Why is my device not playing any sounds?
My device will not make sounds when there is suppose to sound.

If you're playing a video, music or any other media that normally has sound but you can't hear anything consider the following suggestions.
Check to see if you have your volume turned up all the way to 100%. If your volume is up and you still have no sound then plug in a pair of headphones. If you hear sound from the headphones then you most likely have faulty speakers on your tablet. Consider replacing the speaker on your VTech InnoTab. This guide can help you with that replacement.
