Why does my phone abruptly go off
it goes off.. when you power it up it shows low battery level yet it was full, it over heats some times

I don't have this specific model but sometimes the charger could be broken leaven the phone to get less power which could also cause the phone to decrease battery life faster. Maybe you though u charge it but you don't.Make sure your phone is not charging near any other electronics as that interferes but have a go make sure everything is plugged in and not left out
