syncing podcasts from computer to iPod
I have downloaded podcasts from the web into iTunes, created Playlists, and I thoughtI had transferred them all to my iPod. Well - I have, but they are only accessible under 'Music" . If I look under 'Podcasts' on the iPod - it's empty.
I don't understand why.
Is this because the podcasts were not downloaded from the Apple Store - ??

Hi - yes they are mp3 format.
I just want to know why my playlists show up in iTunes (so I am able to sync them to the iPod) - but not as 'Podcasts'.
I also have downloaded a few Podcasts from iTunes - I can see them in iTunes, but can't see them on my iPod.
As you can tell - I'm not really very "techie"!! Thanks for any info you can give me.
