If it can't read the disc it's probably something to do with the laser part that reads it, probably it has some dust or dirt on it and it just needs to be cleaned, I'd look up online how to properly clean it since you don't know how sensitive it is and you might break it if you even touch it (yes they can be that sensitive) try this site out http://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/c...
