I cannot turn off the mute button on my phone

This might sound dumb but have you tried resetting your phone? or maybe try turning up the volume on some devices if you turn up the volumes mute automatically turns off but only some devices.

Thnx but already tried both..removing the battery and using manual reboot. All volumes work up and down just mutes my phone voice
