I cracked the screen on my envy. Can I still replace it even though it is a touch screen?

Yes you can replace the screen but it will take delicate steps for separating the screen from the touch pad behind it.

Yes.
You'll have to detach the entire upper display assembly, in most likelihood, however. You might be able to buy that directly off of ebay or something, but I don't hold hopes for being able to just replace the glass.
