Whenever I try to watch a movie to listen to music through the tablet's speaker it always comes out muffled. I haven't dropped it or had serious damage done to the tablet. Why would it be doing this?

This particular tablet has been known to have poor sound quality without you damaging anything. I would advise you to use an external speaker or headphones when watching or listening to your movies and music.

I downloaded a app called EQUALIZER now i can play my movies/music to different selections such as rock, jazz, dance etc. sounds great
