dvd plays in black and white

Hi, What is the model number of your player?

What type on connection are you using to the TV e.g. HDMI, Composite video (yellow/red/white), component video (red/blue/green + red/white audio), S-Video etc?

Have you tried a different DVD disc to see if it works OK?

Has the player worked properly before, using the same connection type?

Sorry about all the questions, just trying to narrow down what the cause of the problem may be.

It might be the screen settings. It may be set to greyscale. There should be an input/settings button that you can press to check this.
