Why does the juicer stall?

While you are juicing, the juicer either slows down or stops working all together.

Thanks for your question!

If your juicer is stalling, there are two common problems:

1. There is too much pulp built up, and it is blocking the blade. This will often cause the motor to stall.

I suggest putting your ingredients in the juicer at a slower speed. If it is still stalled, stop juicing and clean the entire juicer.

2. There is too much strain on the motor due to hard fruits or vegetables. Use a higher speed setting for harder fruits and vegetables and don't put new ingredients in too quickly.

If these don't do the trick, check out the troubleshooting page to find more possible solutions!
