When using the GoPro, the camera froze on a single image. While the GoPro is still on, I cannot access any of it's functions and the buttons are not responsive.

There are a couple of reasons why the GoPro is freezing up. Sometimes the camera just needs to be reset. This can be done by removing and reinserting the battery. If it is still frozen then you may need to replace the motherboard. For more information, refer to the GoPro Hero5 Black Troubleshooting guide.
