How do I get volume on AppleTV3rd using Amazon Prime via Airplay

I got Amazon Prime app for my iPad. I can play movies on my iPad. I turned on Airplay and get the video movie on my TV but have no audio. Amazon app did not load onto Apple TV Gen 3. I also get no audio on my iPad. Suggestions?

A system Update to the Apple TV put the APP on the TV, just have to log in.
