that could be the Bios Battery located inside of the PC, It doesn't specify what type of battery it takes,

I advise you to look into your Manual for this pc. It will list what brand and model replacement # you need. especially since pcs sometimes liked to puke at you if you put a wrong bios battery in.

Look up your alien ware pc M11 in YouTube there are many disassembly guides .
