1 The flash is not working when I take a photo
When I take a picture my cameras flash does not go off

To turn on the flash feature make sure that the camera is powered on. Press the flash button that looks like a lightening bolt and scroll until the auto feature is highlighted and then press ok to select the feature. The flash will now engage once a picture is taken.
