Quit working, replaced the power supply and still no luck. What next?

2007 iMac 24" EMC 2134

One day computer failed to start, no lights, no response.

I followed the troubleshooting steps.

I've reset the SMC, the SO DIMM and replaced the power supply.

After replacement when I initially plug it in the #1 LED lights, then briefly 2 and 3 will.

No response to the power button, no lights after 5 seconds.

Any suggestions???

Has the hard drive been replaced? Can you hook it up to an external monitor? Do you get anything on the screen, even a flash?

No the hard drive hasn't been replaced.

I've tried putting it all together and nothing on the screen.

I have metered power input all the way to the two soldered connections on the power supply.
