Why can’t my tablet connect to WIFI?

I can not get my tablet to connect to the WIFI

It not the network as i have reset it and all other devices have picked up the network

Hi @Michael Emery,

Can you access the network when the tablet is right next to the router?

If so try disabling the tablet’s WiFi’s minimum power consumption setting. Go to Device Manager > Network Adapters > right click Broadcom Wireless > Properties > Advanced > minimum power consumption and see if that helps. (not quite sure if it is called minimum power or something similar)

Make sure the WIFI is enabled. If this does not work perform a hard reset. If the problem still persists check your router or modem to see that they are properly connected.
