cant get passed the google screen

Have you tried doing a factory reset of the phone yet? With the phone powered off, hold down the volume "up" button and press the "power" button to turn on the phone and it should boot up to the recovery mode screen.

From the recovery mode options , highlight the "wipe data/factory reset" option and press the power to select, then on the following screen scroll down to " yes wipe all data on this phone" and press power to wipe your phone. When its finished select the option to "reboot system" and the phone will reboot.

**NOTE**

Wiping the phone in this manner will delete the entire phone and all files that may be present so make sure it is what you want to do and that you've backed up anything important prior to wiping the phone!!

First reboot after a reset can take up to ten minutes so be patient and let it finish its job!
