Touch Functionality not working

So the screen is cracked and the touch functionality doesn't work at all on my Lenovo Yoga 2 11'', Model # 20428. I was wondering, would it be enough to replace both the LCD screen and digitizer, using a part such as the from from this link?

I've been reading around quite a bit, and from what I understand, there's a logic board which might be damaged, preventing the analog signals from being converted into digital signals. The problem is that i'm not sure if the parts on amazon/ebay come with the logic board or not. Any help with this would be appreciated. Thanks!
