1 Are the iPhone batteries from ifixit new, meaning minimal cycles(0-5)?
Anyone who has purchased a battery on here should know if the battery was new or not simply by testing it. There are free apps that you can download that will tell you the cycle count of your battery.

jabtse that would only give you a subjective answer. The volunteers on here may not have had the need to purchase a battery from ifixit. To each their own. At least you contacted ifixit. Best of luck to you.
