Why will my 3DS not work?
So, the battery is working, the little green 3DS thing is on, the whole system is on, the charging light and power light, and the Wifi light, which I can still turn on and off. If I press the power button, over and over, the screen where it shows "Are you sure you want to power off, you can go into sleep mode if you go to home menu and close the device" (Or something like that). Then, when I press the home button, it says the Message Home Menu, and stays on it. It says home menu on the touch screen, as if it is loading, but stays there for hours. I've tried taking out the batter, sd card and gamecard, but nothing seems to work. (THE SCREENS STILL WORK)

This isn't a full answer but it sounds like it either a OS install problem or a problem with the internalized memory

So, should, I ask for repairs, or what?

See that's just it... I don't know enough about 3DSs to know how to fix them, I'm just good with computers and how the fundamentals work, sorry, that's why I made a comment and not a answer. Just trying to help

Your description is extremely hard to follow. Please consider rewording the description of what the problem actually is to get proper help. I cannot make heads or tails of the issue right now.
