Screen is dead. Phone is on

Hi.

I got two iPhone 6 and one iPhone 6 plus in for a repair.

The problem is that the screen is dead but the phone is still on. The two iPhone 6 have been repaired before (screen replacement) but the iPhone 6 plus has not been repaired.

I have tried new screens, but nothing. Disconnected the battery, and hold the power button, reattached battery and screen, still nothing. But phone is on..

What might be the problem and is it fixable?

Can you see anything on the screen under a direct light when the phones are on? Does the back light come on at all? You could have a burned out back light IC.

There is nothing at all. Thought it might have been the back light, but there is no picture at all.

Hi,

Check the motherboard for scratches. It can happen if the previous person that opened the phone used a metal tool.

Maybe your LCD control chip is dead, take it to a shop that takes care of motheboard issues.

think you replaced screen without disconnect the battery you blow up your blacklight ic you can let it repair some guys offer on ebay
