POST Code Help: Flashing - On - Off

My laptop does not boot or turn on. I did post diagnosis. The post code is Num Lock flashing, Caps Lock on and Scroll Lock off.

I had searched Inspiron 1525 Post LED codes. I could not find the code my laptop was flashing.

Please help
