water damage to MacBook Air

Two weeks ago I spilled a decent amount of water onto my MacBook Air. Immediately it shut off so I dried it off, flipped it over, and put it next to a fan for a week. I brought it to the Apple Store and the lady helping me couldn't turn it on. She sent it to the back and 5 minutes later they brought it out and it was working like usual. I brought it home and then it shut off and will not power back on. The light on the charger lights up as if it's being charged but I cannot get it to turn on. Any suggestions?

Hello,

From what you are saying can be a deffective power button. The macbooks power button can be bypassed directly from the motherboard.
