Why does the tab display only ACER when its powered ON?

I Woke up one morning to power my ACER ICONIA B1-711 ON,but discovered it took it 5-10min to display.i manage it cause i thought it was the graphics on the tab that caused it.i deleted some Apps but it still continued.so on this other day,i powered it ON and after the normal delay i still meet it displaying ACER .i off the tab and power ON again and its still show the same display ACER.the tablet have been flashed and its still displaying ACER. i was told that it's a software problem.

so please does anyone have an idea on this situation because the Tab is less than 5 month since i bought it?
