Completely Frozen, stuck on the Sony loading Screen... NEED HELP ASAP

I have the Sony Xperia E3 but recently i turned it on and its frozen on the sony loading screen that you get straight away, how do I fix this.... ??would love a reply

I would start by removing the battery and reinserting if you get nothing at all. If the backlight is on but no image that is something else
