Security Error... Help Please

I Have Tried To Turn On My Phone But It Won't Do Anything At All It Just Says Security Error Then At The Bottom It Says.......

There's No Water Damage Nothing Wrong With The Battery Nothing Wrong With The Screen It Just Went Like That When It Died Someone Please Help !
