Does all the logic board of the MacBook Pro 17-Inch have the same form factor? Does it have the same ports and cables? Is it interchangeable from 2009 to 2011 if I need to replace it? (Early 09, Mid 09, Mid 10, Early 11, Late 11)

That's a pretty involved question that would make doing about 45 minutes of research, I'd start doing it if you want the answers. Go to each of the machines you are interested in and look at the compatibility of each board. Meanwhile I'll go answer another half a dozen question in the time.

It is not showing the i core boards as interchangeable.
I have the same question, I'm looking at replacing the logic board in a mid 2010 macbook pro 17" with a late 2011 macbook pro 17 logic board, has anyone done this before? Struggling to find an answer to this anywhere on the net..

If you're referring to the link you posted to powerbookmedic i don't see how that is a conclusive answer at all.. What I want to know is has anyone actually tried swapping these boards successfully.
